Job Description

  • ">
  • We are looking for a skilled HR professional to provide expert support in employee lifecycle management, including employment contract administration, data entry, and quality control.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employment contract amendments, internal transfers, changes in working hours, promotions, unpaid leave, retirements, and other related tasks.">
  • You will also process entries and leavings in the HR System and collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, facilities) and line managers to ensure seamless operations.">
  • Additionally, you will monitor job descriptions, issue various agreements (e.g., training, confidentiality), and counsel line managers, employees, and HR colleagues on various topics.">
  • You will also provide support in annual processes such as appraisals, salary, and bonus processes, as well as offer second-level support for HR systems like the time recording system.">
  • An important aspect of this role is advising employees on HR directives, policies, procedures, and systems, as well as liaising with governmental authorities and administrations.">
  • Lastly, you will handle announcement formalities and follow up on pending cases in coordination with payroll.">

Requirements

  • To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.">
  • You must have very good knowledge of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor) and be proficient in German and English.">
  • Prior experience with Swiss administration, payroll, and labor law is highly desirable.">
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking is essential.">
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, is required.">
