Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ad strategies to drive high-quality traffic from AdNetworks.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Lead the team responsible for traffic acquisition and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with acquiring traffic from AdNetworks on CPC/CPA basis.
- Experience working with IGaming offers is a plus.
- Experience in efficient team management.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing ad creatives that align with strategic goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Proficiency in tracking tools and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to test, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best results.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
