Operations Manager

This role at ABB offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. As part of our inclusive employer culture, you will be accountable for orchestrating the delivery of services and ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
You will work closely with internal and/or external third-party supplier resources to coordinate and supervise the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. Your expertise will be showcased by ensuring that service requests are fulfilled in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with IS Service Owner to define the domain service catalog.
The work model for this role is Li-hybrid, which means you will be mainly accountable for:
- Reviewing SLAs and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities.
- Collaborating with Enterprise architecture on a daily basis.
- Supporting major incident and critical situation resolution by finding the root cause of incidents and defining workarounds.
- Establishing governance and roadmaps to fulfill customer needs.
