Job Summary

Fronius is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and contributing to the development of our human resources policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new employees, including preparation of job advertisements, job interviews, and employment contracts
  • Manage employee data on the Fronius HR Management Software
  • Coordinate initial training in the headquarter for new employees
  • Support the subsidiary's management regarding HR topics
  • Contribute to HR projects and HR process design
  • Act as a contact person for governmental and/or other authorities regarding HR related issues
  • Ensure legal compliance according to the national employment law

Requirements

  • University degree an advantage (focus on HR management)
  • Profound knowledge of local employment law
  • Basic knowledge of compensation and payroll management
  • Two years of professional experience in HR an advantage
  • Experience in recruiting an advantage
  • Good IT knowledge (MS Office)
