Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Fronius. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, including recruiting and onboarding new employees, compensation and payroll management, employee and team development, and personnel marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new employees, including preparation of job advertisements, job interviews, and employment contracts
  • Manage compensation and payroll, including benefits and employee data
  • Develop and implement employee development programs, including training and coaching
  • Coordinate initial training for new employees
  • Manage employee data on the Fronius HR Management Software
  • Support subsidiary management with HR-related tasks
  • Contribute to HR projects and process design
  • Serve as a contact person for governmental and other authorities regarding HR-related issues
  • Ensure legal compliance with national employment law

Requirements

  • University degree in HR management or related field (advantage)
  • Profound knowledge of local employment law
  • Basic knowledge of compensation and payroll management
  • Two years of professional experience in HR (advantage)
  • Experience in recruiting (advantage)
  • Good IT knowledge (MS Office)
  • Confidentiality
