Synopsis of the Role:

The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for supporting the E-Commerce Manager in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Development: Co-create e-commerce development plans aligned with digital strategy and brand/market guidelines.Operational Support: Assist in operational processes related to direct-to-consumer e-commerce development and store functioning to ensure seamless business and customer experiences.Customer Acquisition and Retention: Execute customer acquisition and retention strategies, including PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Retargeting, Display, Social Media, to increase website traffic and awareness.e-Commerce Platform Development: Cooperate with social media, creative, and performance agencies, as well as web and software developers, to develop e-commerce platforms and e-CRM solutions.Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on data from digital channels to track key KPIs and sales results.Product Catalogue Management: Manage product catalogues and content on e-commerce platforms based on global brand guidelines.Marketing Activities: Develop and implement marketing activities, promotions, and loyalty programs to engage customers and drive sales.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University Degree: Business, Marketing, Economics, or Social Sciences
  • Professional Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in retail/FMCG or agency environments
  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce principles, consumer acquisition strategies, and content creation processes
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation platforms, and native proficiency in Polish and English (verbal and written)
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management skills, self-organization, and analytical thinking
