About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our Operations team in Poznan and Swiebodzin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure our area of the business meets customer demands and targets.

Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site, while also monitoring and maintaining process efficiency. You will work closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we stay on track to meet our customer demands and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels
  • Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes

About the Team

Our Customer Fulfilment team is the foundation of our business, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is always looking for ways to improve our processes and offer a bigger, better product range to our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
