About the Role

As a key member of our Customer Fulfilment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fulfilment Centres. Your primary focus will be on maintaining safety standards, monitoring process efficiency, and prioritizing routine team management and daily operational tasks.

You will work closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This will involve analysing data and performance metrics, discussing operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers, and collaborating with leaders in your business area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high
  • Support and lead a team, handling administrative work and building a strong team culture
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
About the Team

Our Customer Fulfilment team is the foundation of our business, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We are a diverse team of professionals working together to offer a bigger, better product range delivered quickly and affordably.

We are based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network. Our centres are dynamic environments where we manage inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis

Preferred qualifications include experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, AR experience, experience in a logistical working environment, and experience working with the MS Office suite.
