Job Title: Luxury Residential Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Architect to work on high-end residential projects across London and abroad. This role requires a skilled, detail-oriented and creative professional with experience in luxury design, looking to become part of a truly supportive and inspiring team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing architectural design from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence and seamless project execution
  • Developing and overseeing tender packages, coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and contractors, and ensuring all designs meet the highest standards
  • Collaborating with the wider design team, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  1. Part III qualified
  2. Proven track record in high-end residential projects, particularly in prestigious areas
  3. Strong knowledge of RIBA work stages and UK construction processes
  4. Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite (InDesign & Photoshop preferred)
  5. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  6. A keen eye for materials, palettes, and architectural detailing within luxury design
  7. Proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of work whilst remaining organised and efficient
