We are seeking an experienced Key Client Relations Executive to join our diverse team in Warsaw as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building contacts, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth.

Your main objectives will be to:

  1. Establish RATIONAL as the preferred partner by delivering tangible benefits to our customers
  2. Identify new customer opportunities
  3. Accommodate the needs and requirements of the customers
  4. Develop our Key Account market position
  5. Prospect and build new Key Account business opportunities in the region
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare proposals

You will work closely with the Sales Director and Head of Key Account to ensure seamless support and collaboration. To excel in this role, you will need several years of professional experience managing medium-sized and/or large accounts, in-depth knowledge of Key Account processes, familiarity with the food industry, hands-on and sales-oriented approach, excellent organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to create, develop, and sustain long-term customer relationships, strong selling and networking skills, great team player, excellent written and verbal Polish, excellent English skills, willingness to travel frequently for the company, and professional attitude and approach.
