Job Description
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of candidates to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Design and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in an international setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
