Job Overview:
A dynamic opportunity awaits an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (MRO & Site Services) to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a vital role in managing indirect spending, identifying potential vendors, and negotiating contract terms to secure the best commercial and legal conditions.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional with 2–7 years of experience in sourcing/procurement (MRO/Site Services preferred) within a multinational or manufacturing environment. Your strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management skills will enable you to support EMEA Manufacturing sites and other business entities in achieving their objectives. Additionally, your proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and eSourcing tools will be essential in managing tenders, supplier evaluations, and procurement reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support EMEA Manufacturing sites and other business entities in managing indirect spending, including MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and Site Services categories.
• Identify potential vendors, evaluate supplier capabilities, and qualify both existing and new suppliers to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Sourcing activities and negotiate contract terms to secure the best commercial and legal conditions.
• Monitor and enhance supplier performance by implementing improvement plans, conducting audits, and fostering long-term supplier relationships.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards, mitigating potential supply chain risks.
• Support internal catalog creation and maintenance in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date procurement data.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, finance, and business units to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement (MRO/Site Services preferred) within a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and eSourcing tools.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
