About the Role

BNY Mellon is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Capacity Engineer to join our Technology Services Group team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the Access Review Tool website and ensuring the smooth operation of our mainframe systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop next-generation applications from scratch, aligning with user needs for today and the future.
  • Vendor package implementation, integration with Enterprise View web frontend and database backend.
  • Run monthly sprints and contribute to the development of best practices and technology innovations.
  • Develop solutions to challenging situations, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate on creating a thought process for designing and developing applications and positive mindset in verbal and written communication.
  • Opportunity to build an AI/Eliza frontend to the existing Enterprise View application and a small framework mobile frontend app for Enterprise View.

Requirements

  • Full end-to-end implementation of changes to the application.
  • Exposure to all aspects of Mainframe support provided by the Capacity team.
