The Role in Our Organization

  • Work on diverse and complex data sets from renowned organizations to address real-world problems, applying cutting-edge techniques in data science.
  • Develop data-driven products and solutions for clients as well as our data science team, utilizing expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis.
  • Design, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning algorithms for industrial applications such as predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, process optimization, sales forecasting, marketing mix modeling, churn prediction, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising data experts, subject matter specialists, and customers to identify, analyze, validate, interpret, and effectively utilize new data insights.
  • Drive adoption and scalability of Generative AI and Deep Learning systems within AICONIC's products and services.
  • In the realm of forecasting, we create products that empower sales and operations teams by predicting customer demands, influencing product availability through advanced forecasting, and ensuring optimal stock holding while minimizing waste.
  • Contribute to the development of our AI Platform for anticipating business needs like demand, orders, schedules, transportation, churn, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or equivalent role.
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Strong background in Applied Machine Learning (regression and classification, supervised, self-supervised, and unsupervised learning).
  • Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
  • Familiarity with key Python packages for data wrangling, machine learning, and deep learning such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, langchain, and others.
  • Ability to lead projects and work effectively in both individual and cross-functional team settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivered AI projects and forecasting initiatives.

Additional Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in Generative AI, e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs), embedding models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Background in reinforcement learning.
  • A portfolio of projects showcasing your accomplishments (GitHub, papers, etc.).
