The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our existing and future accounts in the Silesian Voivodeship province. This includes defining a plan for the territory, establishing productive customer relationships, and organizing commercial activities to increase penetration and expansion.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a territory plan that meets sales objectives.
- Manage and grow our existing and future accounts to reach or exceed established sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain productive and trust-based customer relationships.
- Organize and drive commercial activities, such as sales meetings and product launches.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve the objectives.
- High responsiveness to customer needs.
- Actively share experience and best practices with the local team and assure know-how transfer for new colleagues.
- Strong negotiation, verbal and written skills.
- Good understanding of CRM approaches and tools.
- Valid driving license (travel required).
