Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Eastern Europe and Turkey. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Eastern Europe and Turkey.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on market trends, opportunities, and risks within the target market sectors.
  • Ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with the highest level of business compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the high-tech product sector.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of at least two of our key target markets: Construction, Automotive, Energy.
  • Proven background in specification-driven selling within a highly technical, materials science business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar materials science field.
