We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team in Poland. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Salary: Up to 135 PLN net + VAT/h (B2B)

Job Description

As a UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations. You will create user personas and scenarios that reflect diverse user groups and their interactions with our products.

You will also structure and organize information in an intuitive and easy-to-understand manner to ensure optimal product navigation. Your task will be to design interactions between users and our products to ensure a positive user experience.

In addition, you will create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate and optimize design solutions. You will develop an aesthetic and functional user interface, including layout, colors, typography, and images, to ensure an attractive and cohesive design.

Your daily tasks will include collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to effectively take our products from concept to market launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and German, with strong communication skills for international collaboration.
  • Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
