Lead Mechanical Development Process Improvement

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Development Process Engineer to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. in Kraków, Poland.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours (2 days at the office). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical development processes and experience in implementing Stage-Gate models within engineering teams.

You will be responsible for adapting existing product development processes to meet specific requirements of eDrive products, developing and executing the V-Cycle process for Mechanical Engineering Components, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

The successful candidate will also work closely with global engineering teams to refine and standardize workflows, templates, and processes for mechanical development.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 120,000 PLN (~ 26,500 EUR) based on industry standards and considering the company's competitive offer.

This is a comprehensive role requiring deep knowledge of mechanical engineering, process optimization, and teamwork collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize product development processes to align with eDrive requirements
  • Develop and execute the V-Cycle process for Mechanical Engineering Components
  • Ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Implement Stage-Gate models and refine workflows, templates, and processes
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams for standardization and improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience in an industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of the V-Cycle process and experience implementing Stage-Gate models
  • Proficiency in creating and customizing work product templates, workflow guidelines, and other process documentation
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with global teams
