Job Description

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our team at B2B S.A. in Warsaw or Tricity. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day of on-site work and the remainder remote.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the effective design, optimization, and operation of our systems and infrastructure. They will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and providing input and guidance in the implementation and maintenance of systems related to Transaction Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the shaping of new Epics and provide input into Capabilities, Features, and Stories within the SAFe framework
  • Facilitate the understanding and impact assessment of requirements, architectural, and functional as well as non-functional, from business to technology and vice versa
  • Approach stakeholders proactively and continuously review requirements to clarify and fully understand them
  • Drive a transparent process for requirements so everyone understands the status, knows where documentation exists, and supports the development process
  • Participate in defining the high-level solution architecture and architectural solution roadmap and transfer it into executable tasks
  • Ensure alignment with standards and lead the way for solutions in collaboration with Development Teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with NetReveal, Quantexa, SWIFT CBM, Actimise, Mantas, or similar
  • At least 7 years of experience in systems and data analysis in a financial services environment
  • Experience in agile working methods as well as cascading methodologies
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written Must be able to lead, train, and coach other project members
  • Transaction Monitoring experience
  • Payments/SWIFT experience
  • Wider/general Financial Anti-Crime experience
  • Quantexa or similar advanced TM system knowledge
  • Highly proficient in gathering, documenting, and communication, e.g., Confluence, Understanding of ETL/BI/Data Analytics/Data Modeling/BPMN/UML Formal qualifications (IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI/PBA) will be an advantage

What We Offer

  • Estimated Salary: PLN 80,000 - 120,000 per annum
  • Hybrid model: 1 day a week in an office in Warsaw or Tricity, the rest of the work remotely
