Job Title: SAP Solution Delivery Team Lead

As a seasoned SAP professional, you will lead our SAP WM, EWM, PP, SAP-PPPI, and PPDS solution delivery teams in our global organization. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will drive the successful implementation of SAP projects, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of SAP experts in the delivery of SAP WM, EWM, PP, SAP-PPPI, and PPDS solutions.
  • Develop and implement SAP configuration and implementation strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive problem management initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance processes and automation.
  • Promote an innovation culture, encouraging the development of reusable technical assets and solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SAP functional leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including WM, EWM, PP, PP-PI, and PPDS.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful SAP implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Change management experience and the ability to lead teams through organizational transitions.
  • Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.
  • Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional development.
