About the Role:
In this Senior Manager position, you will be part of the Recovery and Resolution Planning team at HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o., responsible for managing regulatory affairs, ensuring compliance with SRB and ECB requirements, and contributing to the development of the resolution plan and strategy for the bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Affairs Management: Manage regulatory affairs on resolution planning, addressing requests from regulators and engaging with businesses and functions across the bank.
  • Treasury Strategy Application: Contribute to the application of the bank's Treasury strategy and communicate its impacts to business lines.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare regular reports and supporting notes for senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Participate in the preparation of regulatory reporting returns and submit them to regulators.
  • Resolution Plan Development: Develop resolution capabilities, including Liquidity and Funding in Resolution, loss absorbing capacity, write-down and conversion of instruments, operational continuity of services in resolution, access to financial market infrastructures, and governance in resolution.
