Job Title: Java DeveloperJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of new features and enhancements, improving the quality and security of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and restore service continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage.
  • Improve the quality and security of applications.
  • Address production incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and restore service continuity.
  • Collaborate with platform engineers to enhance CI/CD pipelines and streamline release processes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Java experience with Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Kafka.
  • Experienced with REST API development.
  • Foundational experience in containerization (Kubernetes).
  • Experienced with microservices architecture.
  • Experience in the banking/fintech industry.
  • Very good spoken and written English (at least B2).
  • Very good spoken and written Polish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in large teams (SAFe SCRUM).
