Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customs entry documentation based on provided paperwork
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of customs documentation
  • Contact clients via email or phone to request additional information when necessary
  • Evaluate shipment information and ensure accurate input into relevant systems
  • Produce and validate customs data to support regulatory compliance and timely clearance

You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is fluent in English and French, and has experience in customs brokerage or a related field.
