Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales and profitability in our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the store is well-organized and merchandise is displayed effectively
- Monitor and control store expenses to maintain profitability
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve sales and customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a retail environment
- At least 1 year experience as a Store Manager or in a store management team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coach and develop colleagues
- Fluent Polish and English knowledge
