About the Role
SupportYourApp is seeking a skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our international team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Polish and English (C1 level).

In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via phone and email. You will build long-lasting relationships with clients, offer expert advice on outdoor gear and motorcycle equipment, and ensure seamless interactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, analytical and research skills, and a positive attitude. Additionally, you should be proficient in using personal laptops or computers with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).

We offer a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Poland time, allowing for work-life balance.
