As part of our newly created European Data & Analytics HUB, we are seeking an experienced Data Governance Strategist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

**Job Description**

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in designing and implementing effective data governance processes, roles, and methods. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating awareness and providing training on data governance best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and establishment of overarching data governance processes, including the implementation of data governance tools. They will also analyze existing data flows and underlying business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in economics, business administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex approaches and results-oriented working
  • Very good English language skills (C1 level) and Polish language skills (B2+ level)
  • Strong analytical and agile mindset with an affinity for data, precision, and structured way of working
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data governance roles, responsibilities, and processes, including knowledge of regulatory aspects
