At Divante, we're on a mission to shape the world of e-commerce with innovative solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Executives/Consultants in daily operational tasks, including client research and sales strategy cross-checks.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to secure lead generation and drive business growth.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers' business workflows and pain points.
  • Identify opportunities and bring them to internal business partners, evaluating alignment with client strategy.
  • Support the execution of strategic and tactical sales plans to shape new opportunities.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM to streamline sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proactive attitude and expertise in lead generation or sales-related roles.
  • Experience managing simultaneous conversations with stakeholders, internal and external, across long and short sales cycle deals.
  • Experience in team-selling environments for mid+ and large organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Bonus Requirements:

  • First-hand knowledge of e-commerce or the payment industry, and a genuine interest in digital, mobile commerce, and innovation.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in German.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
