Falck Digital Technology Poland is seeking a seasoned Test Leader to spearhead the global finance strategic initiative based on Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role involves defining, planning, and coordinating tests for the Denmark implementation, building upon the successful pilot in Sweden.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead who will oversee the definition, planning, preparation, and coordination of test execution activities covering:

  • Definition of test scope based on the delivery team backlog, mainly for UATs
  • Development of the test plan, including tests performed on selected environments, with consideration of test data dependencies related to implemented integration interfaces and data conversions
  • Review of technical designs and documentation for test definition purposes
  • Coordination of Integration Tests, Business User Acceptance Tests with relevant stakeholders (Falck IT, vendors, business representatives)
  • Ensuring valid test execution results (including bugs), follow-ups with developers and business representatives regarding achieved results different from expectations
  • Basic reporting to the project team on test progress and challenges, working in a hybrid of agile and waterfall methodologies, attending relevant project and team meetings

About You:

We believe you have a strong IT and business background, with a deep understanding of complex, global finance solutions. As a Test Leader, you will be responsible for one of the project workstreams' tests, requiring experience in leading and achieving progress.

Additionally, we expect you to have a proactive and structured approach to tasks, along with excellent communicative skills to maintain strong relationships with partners.

At Falck Digital Technology Poland, we primarily work in an agile environment, incorporating elements of large projects and programs. It would be beneficial if you have experience in testing for both project delivery methods.

About Your Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in coordinating tests for various test levels, considering former Tester experience - averaging over 5 years of total QA experience
  • Experience in test definition, planning, and coordination for multiple IT areas with strict dependencies, covering UAT (Business Users Acceptance Tests) and SIT (Integration Tests)
  • Experience in large projects, multi-team cooperation representing different stakeholders (Falck and external vendors delivery teams, business owners, and representatives)
  • A functional background with a thorough understanding of global finance solutions, their business processes, and implementations
  • A technical background covering various software implementation and integration technologies (mainly web manual tests, but also integrations)
  • Fluent English communication skills in writing and speaking (multiple countries' representatives use English in daily communication and deliverables)
  • An active cooperation style with all team members to secure high-quality delivery
  • The ability to follow agreed Falck test practices efficiently, with limited Test Manager supervision
  • Basic knowledge of test management tools MS DevOps or HP ALM, JIRA - used for test cases definition, test execution, progress monitoring

You will be part of the Moneta team, one of Strategic Initiatives within Falck Corporate.

The mission of Moneta is to create a unified global finance platform (based on Oracle Fusion Cloud) that enhances data quality, enables global processes, and fosters collaboration with global partners and service providers.

Following the successful Sweden Pilot, current project activities focus on implementing the solution for Denmark. This will continue for further countries in the next years.

You will also be a member of Quality Assurance Competence Center, helping you follow proven test standards and learn from more experienced professionals dedicated to Quality Assurance.

Workplace Location:

60% Warsaw office, with 40% remote work allowance (8 days per month)
