About the Role

The IAM Enterprise Architect will design and implement the strategic vision for KMD Poland's IAM program. This involves defining architecture standards, roadmaps, and security policies to ensure effective identity management across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing an IAM Architecture Framework aligned with business strategies and security policies.
  • Creating Detailed IAM Roadmaps with maturity models and integration strategies for new systems.
  • Leading IAM Technology Selection and Implementation for scalable and secure identity management solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions into on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Overseeing IAM Governance and Compliance Initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Developing Technical Documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents and security models.
  • Identifying and Mitigating IAM-Related Risks with proposed mitigation strategies and incident response procedures.
  • Defining IAM Policies and Standards for identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and governance.
  • Mentoring Team Members in security best practices.

You are a strategic thinker with experience in IAM concepts and security architecture principles. Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and proficiency in access control models and cloud IAM integration are essential.

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of IT security experience, with 5+ years in IAM architecture and design.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or IAM-specific certifications.
  • Experience in a global organization is a plus.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
