The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Clinical Engineer to join our Abbott Electrophysiology Division in Poland. This is a fully field-based role, requiring daily travel across assigned territory: zachodniopomorskie, lubuskie area.

As a Field Clinical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert support and advice on the use of Abbott portfolio, promoting Abbott Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all technical questions from the field or internal sources are answered in a timely manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott. The primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups, and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert clinical consultation, teaching, and support on the use of all EP products and their appropriate application in the clinical setting.
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area, including competitor devices, as well as a general understanding of the country healthcare market.
  • Providing technical support to the EP salesforce.
  • Conducting product presentations and performing stand duty at exhibitions when requested, responding to technical questions that might be raised by EMEA or customers.

Required Qualifications and Background:

  • Individuals will ideally have a university degree in a science-related field.
  • Ideally, electrophysiology/cardiac rhythm management or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Cardiac anatomy and physiology knowledge would be considered a strong asset.
  • Very good command of English and Polish (both written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer-focus.
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Driving license B.
