About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our team at Sii Sp. z o.o. in an exciting project for a rapidly expanding client in the R&D department. The project focuses on developing and managing a global Master Data Management (MDM) Platform, with a particular emphasis on enhancing OCR (Optical Character Recognition) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication of the product vision
  • Owning and overseeing the end-to-end budget for the product, including resources, investments, and technology
  • Deliver product increments according to the agreed roadmap, ensuring timely progress
  • Collaborate with technology vendors and delivery partners to align technology roadmaps with future demand and optimize service delivery
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in a Product Owner role
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
