  • B2B contract: PLN 15,600 - 24,500 net monthly

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Product Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing exceptional product experiences that drive business conversions and product success. You'll conduct research, collect user feedback, and run tests to inform your design decisions.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, using tools like Google Analytics, Mix Panel, and Hotjar to analyze data and make informed design choices. Your expertise in UI/UX will ensure seamless interactions between users and our products.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing comprehensive product experiences that optimize business conversions
  • Conducting research and collecting user feedback to inform design decisions
  • Running tests and analyzing data to evaluate product performance
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and goals
Key Responsibilities

As a Product Experience Designer at Netguru, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with globally recognized clients who shape the world through software and revolutionize digital banking.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Creating UX strategies and designs for global clients
  • Running workshops and Google Design Sprints with clients
  • Conducting competitive analysis and UX reviews
  • Analyzing analytics data and research to inform design decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Product Experience Designer at Netguru, you'll need:

  • 4+ years' experience as a UX Designer or equivalent
  • Experience working in Fintech companies
  • Ability to identify measurable deltas between designed and vendor-created journeys
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma
  • Command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1)
