We are searching for a highly skilled Italian Taxation Professional to join our client's tax team as a Tax Specialist with Italian. This exciting opportunity is brought to you by Michael Page, a leading recruitment agency in professional finance jobs.

The Role:

  • Work closely with the tax team to prepare tax provision calculations for statutory and US-GAAP financial statements.
  • Oversee income tax payments and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Guarantee timely submission of income tax returns and adherence to tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with the tax team to respond to tax authority audits and VAT-related inquiries.
  • Support the indirect tax team in preparing VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and VAT general ledger reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement SOX controls related to tax processes.
  • Collect and analyse data for annual Transfer Pricing documentation and review Transfer Pricing reports.
  • Apply relevant tax rules to determine depreciation and amortisation.

Your Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Italian languages.
  • Significant experience in indirect tax roles.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
