Your key responsibilities will include designing and building a stable, scalable, near real-time and reliable BMC Helix data replication solution. You will also be responsible for building, designing and maintaining data architecture ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and building a stable, scalable, near real-time and reliable BMC Helix data replication solution.
  • Building, designing and maintaining data architecture ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices.
  • Designing, building, testing and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Troubleshooting and innovating within our SAFe Scrum Team with aligned autonomy.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and making recommendations to IT and business stakeholders.
  • Development & Performance, Goals and Follow-up to plan your individual competence and skills development with your manager and feedback from colleagues and your stakeholders.

Requirements

  • IT Service Management data integrations experience (BMC Helix preferred).
  • Data Warehousing, data storage, data security, code version controlling and ETL (SSIS, Snowflake) expertise.
  • Professional experience in SQL (T-SQL preferred) and Python programming.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD (Bamboo/Jenkins) and working with data of MS SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Dataverse etc.
  • Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe).
  • Master degree at least in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar.
  • Proven work experience with minimum 3+ years in similar role.
  • ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level at least).
