Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Testing Consultant to join our team at Reply Polska Sp. z o. o.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing and test management, with experience in classic and agile software development projects. They will be responsible for advising clients on the strategic alignment and conception of their software testing, analyzing existing testing processes, and identifying improvement approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on the strategic (re-)alignment and conception of their software testing.
  • Analyze existing testing processes and identify improvement approaches.
  • Evaluate test tools regarding requirements and support the conception of the use of selected tools.
  • Manage the implementation of developed concepts in practice.
  • Contribute to the coaching of our customers' test teams.

Qualifications:

  • Very good communication skills in English and German (at least B2 level for both).
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF HIGHER EDUCATION AS A QUALIFIED IT SPECIALIST OR SIMILAR.
  • Provide certificates (ISTQB or other) as proof of your knowledge of test methodology.
  • EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN TESTING AND TEST MANAGEMENT IN CLASSIC AND AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.
  • Good overview of the test and test automation tools available on the market.
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and a high level of quality awareness.

Our Business Unit in Poland is a new rapidly growing department, focused on programming services. Our estimated salary for this position is 60,000-80,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.
