Job Description

We are seeking entrepreneurial individuals who want to grow with us and share in our success. The ideal candidate will possess experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and CMDB tools like USU or similar platforms. Proficiency in data management, including data modelling, integration, and quality management, is essential. Knowledge of the ITIL framework, particularly configuration management and service asset management, is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining goals, processes, and resources for the CMDB, designing and updating the data model, ensuring accurate representation of IT resources and their relationships, integrating the CMDB with other IT management tools and data sources, monitoring data quality, conducting regular audits and data cleansing, and creating reports and performing analyses on IT configurations.
