About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team at Xebia sp. z o.o. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for improving and evolving our core backend services to deliver on business and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Content, and SEO, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Work in an agile environment with tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Share knowledge with other team members and apply best software engineering principles and practices in the evolution of our systems.
  • Be supported by a Team Leader and have opportunities for development as a Tech Leader or Solutions Architect.
Your Profile
  • Be ready to start immediately.
  • Have 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
  • Have experience with Elixir, which is a plus.
  • Be very communicative and collaborative.
  • Have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Have upper intermediate/Advanced English (B2/C1).
  • Be located in the European Union region and have a work permit.
