Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented German speaking HR Operations Specialist to provide administrative support to our German-speaking employees.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver HR administrative support including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment, and other documentation related to the employee life-cycle.
  • Provide information and resolution to employees' questions and issues via emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain documentation and current knowledge of HR Administration policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Provide HR tool (Workday) support for Managers and employees.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German is required. Good command of English is also necessary.
  • Willingness to work with HR documentation and excellent attention to detail.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR Administration/HR Services/Operations or Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
