Europe IT - Data Management Role

Procter And Gamble Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Data Manager to join our international team.

We are looking for an individual with experience in managing complex data sets, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to effectively communicate with business partners.

  • A minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in data management or as a data steward for complex data sets is required.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Operations, Statistics, or other relevant field with substantial data management experience.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and management concepts including master data, data standardization, data quality, data validation, and data modeling is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to perform data validations and testing, have a focus on data understanding, and be value-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with business partners are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous innovation desired.
  • Agility and flexibility to manage multiple priorities, responsibilities, and changes in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with agile product development frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL is required.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud applications or Azure certification is highly desirable.
