Business Development Representative

About the Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop customer relationships, with a focus on collecting at least 20 new customer information sets and building strong relationships every month.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and secure at least one B2B order per month.
- Assist the China team in coordinating business operations and key customer relationships, accepting tasks assigned by superiors, including customer visits, phone calls, collections, and customer maintenance.
- Gather market information, product details, exhibition data, and customer insights.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, warehouse management, and talent acquisition initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of three years' experience in B2B Sales/Account Executive or Sales/Relationship Manager roles, preferably within the Real Estate and Retail industry.
- Proficiency in English language skills for effective communication with regional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the B2B sales process and the ability to independently nurture stable customer relationships.
- More than three years of sales experience, preferably with expertise in tires, wallpaper, hardware, building materials, and small household appliances related products.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with no specific major requirement.
- Exceptional communication and sales skills, along with a strong professional ethic.

Our client has been engaged in foreign trade for over 28 years, specializing in hardware, building materials, small household appliances, tires, wallpaper, and other best-selling products.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary based on location and individual performance.
