About Our Client

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our SSC structure in Kraków. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate reporting and analysis processes for plans, forecasts, monthly performance, month-end closings, and ad-hoc reports to drive informed decision-making;
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Business Units teams to analyze financial performance and track key metrics effectively;
  • Validate and monitor savings initiatives, providing strategic financial advice to drive continuous improvement;
  • Support forecast and planning activities by partnering with SC Finance teams to enhance processes and align goals;
  • Offer strategic financial insights to supply chain leadership on significant projects, investments, and operational strategies;
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, including interns, by building their capabilities and fostering growth.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a solid foundation in financial principles;
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in similar roles;
  • Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus;
  • Excel in numerical and analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for effective reporting and analysis;
  • Exhibit strong project management skills with agility and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork;
  • Initiative and ownership, confidently leading projects and tasks within your scope;
  • Communicate and present effectively, delivering clear and impactful messages.
