Our client, a global IT consulting company, specializes in ServiceNow adoptions. They understand the importance of efficient workflows and integrated systems.

Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Adoption Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and mapping processes between current Jira instances and the global ServiceNow environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into specific solutions.

You will provide expert consultations on optimizing workflows and integrating Jira with ServiceNow, support in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to mapped processes, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Documented experience in consulting, with a particular focus on process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing for the assessment and alignment of business needs with technical solutions.
  • Experience working in global or large organizations, preferably in environments with complex IT ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of ITSM principles and methodologies will be an additional asset.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) or Jira will be an additional asset.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial sector will be welcomed.
