PARETO SECURITIES AS seeks a skilled GL Accountant with French language proficiency to join our Finance Team in Warsaw.

You'll be responsible for GL accounting for our French subsidiaries, working closely with a Senior GL Accountant and other team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • GL accounting, including monthly close and excluding Order to Cash aspects
  • Tax compliance (VAT, Income Taxes, Local Business Taxes)
  • Participating in year-end audits
  • Cash reconciliation, treasury management, and payments
  • Supplier invoice and travel expense processing (partially automated)
  • Process optimization, automation, and controls

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in an international context
  • Excellent English and basic business French
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ERP skills (Business Central)
  • Discipline and structure when working with data
  • A high sense of detail and overview
  • The ability to learn, adapt, and develop quickly
