Cybersecurity Project Manager in IT Banking

At ITDS, we are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead critical security projects within our complex organizational structure. This role requires a proactive leader who excels at communication, strategic planning, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating specifications, drawing conclusions, and proposing changes.
  • Leading a security project in a large organization with a complex structure.
  • Conducting the project in accordance with internal project management frameworks.
  • Preparing and managing the project plan, as well as monitoring project progress.
  • Managing risks, changes, resources, stakeholders, and suppliers within the project.
  • Managing the project team and coordinating team tasks.
  • Ensuring effective communication within the project team, organizing, conducting, and moderating project status meetings.
  • Preparing presentations and status reports showing project progress.
  • Overseeing project documentation and managing project quality.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing IT or security projects.
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus (including at least 2 years in team leader or project manager roles).
  • A willingness to develop in the field of security.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • An excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Honours degree in computer science, management, economics, finance, or banking.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and independently, even under time pressure.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A commitment to projects and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Stress resistance.

We would also like to see:

  • Experience in managing IT, security, or regulatory compliance projects.
  • Experience working with a large number of stakeholders.
