About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Baxter International Inc. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in enhancing knowledge about end-stage renal disease, providing best practices in renal replacement therapy, and coordinating training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education and training for healthcare professionals on the use of Baxter products and therapies.
  • Offer first-line phone and on-site clinical/technical support/troubleshooting for equipment and products.
  • Plan, prepare, implement, and evaluate training sessions to promote competence and confidence in the use of Baxter products and therapies.
  • Support the sales organization by coordinating and following up on inquiries and requests.
  • Train new patients on general concepts of end-stage renal disease, renal replacement therapies, and PD products.
  • Implement patient retention programs with the renal team.
  • Support and perform quality home visits for renal patients and send home visit assessments to healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Patient educator experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desirable skills and qualifications include experience in the relevant therapeutic area, knowledge/ability to interpret clinical papers, presentation skills, and experience with Customer Relation Management and/or Sales Force Automation tools.
