About the Position

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Technology Implementation Manager within our Product Solution Delivery team. As a key contributor to our success, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Sabre's products and technologies for our agency customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of Sabre's products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert-level support and training to customers on the effective use of Sabre's products.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT implementation, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Deep understanding of Sabre's products and technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages (Italian, French, German, or Spanish) being a plus.
