The Digitalization Competence Centre supports Trotec's salesforce ecosystem consisting of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving user support requests, managing configuration on the Sales Cloud/Commerce Cloud platform, analyzing integration issues on our java-based middleware system, creating and updating internal user and process documentation, and contributing to the further development of running Salesforce applications.
