About the Project

Trotec's impressive constant growth was based on introducing the first CRM system in 2008 with high management attention and user adoption in sales. Since then, CRM did grow, becoming the essential tool in marketing, sales and service with a growing userbase of 410+ users and a high level of process integration.

Job Description

The Digitalization Competence Centre is a support-department at Trotec's HQ in Austria. Our goal is to push internal process digitalization by operating and growing Salesforce platform and linked applications.

Responsibilities
  • Support and improve internal users' support experience and user satisfaction.
  • Further development of Trotec's Salesforce applications.
  • Provide a reliable organization around Trotec's systems for digitalization.
