Order Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Administrator to join our team at Coloplast. As a key member of our Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland, you will be responsible for entering data into our systems, completing and checking order documentation, and matching orders with shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into our systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Complete and check order documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Match orders with shipping products to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Participate in various projects as assigned by management
• Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English (minimum B1)
• Focus on details and high quality
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
• Positive attitude and sense of humor
