Dla producenta z branży poligraficznej, poszukuję osoby na stanowisko: Sales Specialist with Hungarian


  • supporting current customers via phone and email,
  • answering to order related customer queries via email and phone,
  • daily order management,
  • mapping and acquiring new business opportunities,
  • providing quotes and creating product offers,
  • managing customer expectations,
  •  ensuring invoices are created and sent to the customers on time,
  • attending at international Book Fairs.

  • proficiency in verbal & written communication in  Hungarian and proficient in English, 
  • previous sales experience,
  • good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage;
  • strong attention to details;
  • ability to analyse and identify patterns in large data sets;
  • decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts;
  • must be comfortable working with large data sets;
  • very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research – finding specific information about products in a timely manner.

Podane przez Pana/Panią dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez Spółkę Coberon Sp z.o.o. w celach rekrutacyjnych, na podstawie art. 221 § 1 Kodeksu Pracy (w przypadku zatrudnienia w oparciu o umowę o pracę i dostarczenia danych wyłącznie objętych tym przepisem, jak: imię, nazwisko, data urodzenia, miejsce zamieszkania, adres do korespondencji, wykształcenie, przebieg dotychczasowego wykształcenia) lub na podstawie wyrażonej przez Pana/Panią zgody - zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a oraz art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 roku w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych).

Dane osobowe mogą być ujawnione pracownikom lub współpracownikom administratora danych, jak też podmiotom udzielającym mu wsparcia na zasadzie zleconych usług i zgodnie z zawartymi umowami powierzenia

Pana/Pani dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez czas trwania obecnego procesu rekrutacji, po zakończeniu którego zostaną bezpowrotnie usunięte, a w przypadku wyrażenia dodatkowej zgody Pana/Pani dane osobowe będą przetwarzane również na potrzeby przyszłych rekrutacji, do czasu cofnięcia zgody. W przypadku cofnięcia zgody na przetwarzanie danych Pana/Pani dokumenty aplikacyjne zostaną bezpowrotnie usunięte.

Ma Pan/Pani prawo żądania dostępu do dotyczących Pana/Pani osoby danych osobowych, prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania oraz prawo do przenoszenia danych. Może Pan/Pani cofnąć wyrażoną zgodę w dowolnym momencie. Cofnięcie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie wyrażonej przez Pana/Panią zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

Przysługuje ponadto Panu/Pani prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego. Podanie przez Pana/Panią danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednakże odmowa podania danych skutkować będzie pominięciem Pana/Pani kandydatury w procedurze rekrutacyjnej. Informujemy, że decyzje dotyczące procesu rekrutacji nie będą podejmowane w sposób zautomatyzowany.
